We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our Lahore team. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and employee engagement to performance management and compliance, ensuring a productive workplace aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, interviewing, onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture.
- Implement performance management and appraisal systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation processes.
- Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate training and development programs.
- Collaborate with senior management on organizational development and workforce planning.
Requirements
