In This Job, You’ll…
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates interviewing for the Karachi Hub.
- Work with our Talent Lead to support global growth efforts with interview scheduling.
- Build trusted relationships with the senior leadership team in Karachi to drive best‑in‑class talent strategies and deliver results.
- Partner with the marketing team to build out our employer brand in Karachi and proactively use this to create a program that attracts smart, ambitious, and curious talent.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and welfare as a culture champion.
- Communicate and enforce our organisational values and positively influence company culture.
- Generate recruitment‑related reports and metrics, providing insights into the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and areas for improvement.
- Partner with the wider HR function to improve operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
Previous experience working in a Talent or HR function for an international organisation; experience with international stakeholders is critical.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Highly organised with proven experience meeting tight deadlines.High energy and enthusiasm for building a great workplace culture.Ability to thrive in an international environment and team.Confidence to suggest improvements and contribute ideas.Technical mindset – focus on automating processes and flows.What You Get
