In This Job, You’ll…

• Act as the main point of contact for candidates interviewing for the Karachi Hub.
• Work with our Talent Lead to support global growth efforts with interview scheduling.
• Build trusted relationships with the senior leadership team in Karachi to drive best‑in‑class talent strategies and deliver results.
• Partner with the marketing team to build out our employer brand in Karachi and proactively use this to create a program that attracts smart, ambitious, and curious talent.
• Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and welfare as a culture champion.
• Communicate and enforce our organisational values and positively influence company culture.
• Generate recruitment‑related reports and metrics, providing insights into the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and areas for improvement.
• Partner with the wider HR function to improve operational efficiencies.
