Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process and create a sustainable talent acquisition strategy; liaise with recruiting partners, create and publish job ads, screen job applications, conduct interviews, place offer to selected candidates and lead onboarding activities Develop and manage employer branding activities and liaise with placement offices for job fairs / recruitment drives to establish a strong employer brand Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding Oversee recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve efficiency and quality of hires Manage NCL’s ATS and ensure complete employee database management Measure employee satisfaction and turnover rates and recommend strategies to improve employee retention Key Requirements
