Finance Officer (Bank Deposit Section)
to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong financial background, advanced Excel proficiency, analytical skills, and excellent English communication abilities.
Job Description The
Finance Officer – Bank Deposit Section
will be responsible for managing daily deposit operations, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role requires precision, analytical insight, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage
daily bank deposits, fund transfers, and reconciliations .
Maintain accurate financial and transactional records.
Identify and resolve
discrepancies
in bank statements or deposit records.
Liaise with banks and internal departments to ensure timely deposit processing.
Prepare periodic reports related to deposits and reconciliation activities.
Support
month‑end and year‑end closing
processes.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and financial policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Finance ,
Accounting , or a related discipline.
2–3 years of relevant experience
in the finance or banking sector.
Proficiency in
Advanced Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas, Data Analysis).
Strong
analytical and problem‑solving
skills.
High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
Preferred Attributes
Familiarity with
ERP or accounting software .
Strong ethical mindset and accountability.
