Finance Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team in Karachi. As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, and preparing financial reports. Responsibilities : Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Monitor budgets and provide financial projections Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards Liaise with external auditors during annual audits Manage payroll and employee benefits Other duties as assigned Job Specification

Requirements : B.Com degree in finance, accounting, or related field 2 years of experience in finance or accounting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be willing to work flexible hours when required If you are a motivated individual with a passion for finance and accounting, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
