Dispatch Associate

As a Truck Dispatcher at Gora International, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of trucks, drivers, and shipments to meet demands and delivery schedules. Your primary responsibilities will include : Route Planning :

Efficiently plan and optimize truck routes to ensure timely deliveries while minimizing fuel costs and transit times. Driver Assignments :

Assign drivers to specific routes and shipments, considering driver availability, experience, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Communication :

Maintain constant communication with drivers to provide updates, directions, and address any issues or delays that may arise during transit. Customer Service :

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing shipment status updates, and resolving any service-related concerns promptly. Documentation :

Ensure accurate record-keeping of dispatch activities, including maintaining shipment records, driver logs, and compliance with all relevant regulations. Problem-Solving :

Proactively identify and resolve operational issues and challenges that may impact delivery schedules or driver performance. Compliance :

Stay current with all relevant regulations and safety standards governing the transportation industry and ensure that drivers and shipments adhere to these requirements. Requirements : Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Fresh or experienced candidates can apply. Strong communication and presentation skills. Customer-centric attitude. Must be comfortable with the night shift. Experienced individuals are preferred. Basic salary + incentive. Annual dinners. Travel allowance / company transport.
