Sales Executive / Dispatcher

Job Description : About the Role :

We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and reliable Dispatcher to manage truck dispatch operations for our US-based clients. This isn’t a “pick up the phone and chill” job—you’ll need to think fast, solve real problems, and juggle multiple tasks. You’ll work with US drivers and brokers, schedule loads, handle paperwork, and keep our wheels rolling. If you crack under pressure or your English isn’t on point, this is not the job for you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Dispatch trucks and coordinate loads for US clients.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers, brokers, and clients.
• Handle all dispatch documentation and load tracking with zero errors.
• Troubleshoot issues as they come up—no hand-holding.
• Maintain up-to-date records and logs.
