We here at Cosmos International are looking for a Project Manager who has good experience and strong knowledge about the export of packaging boxes to different countries, especially the US & Canada.
Responsibilities :
- Discover and seek new sales opportunities, negotiate deals, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Schedule appointments with prospects or clients to present new products and detect new business opportunities.
- Responsible for the team's monthly targets and ensure target achievement on a regular basis.
- Sell products to the international market using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Analyze the territory / market potential, track sales, and generate status reports.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends, and continuously improve through feedback.
- Make calls and / or send emails with product information, demonstrating excellent communication skills and proactively seeking potential clients.
- Handle inbound inquiries from website and calls.
- Collaborate with the team to meet customer requirements.
- Previous knowledge of export of customized boxes is NECESSARY.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the export of customized boxes.
- Minimum education : Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
