Job descriptionDevelop new modern market customers, including but not limited to customer visits and product presentations, contract negotiation & execution. Execute HQ’s sales & marketing strategies or design new strategies based on those of HQ’s to expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. Contribute in making personal annual sales incentive programs for self and the whole retail and modern market sales team. Support Marketing Dept. to collect competitors’ information and market information. Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts of the area.
Job Specification
- Bachelor Degree or above.
- Minimum 3 Year experience in building materials (Plastic Piping industry Preferred)
- Well-proven leadership skills and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Easy-going character, self-disciplined, willing to take on new challenges.
- Sales experience and rich customer resources in piping industry.
