We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Designer & Developer in Pakistan to join our company on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites, implementing SEO strategies, designing banners, landing pages and more. This position requires working during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours, which will be night shift in Pakistan. Key Responsibilities Design and develop responsive, visually appealing websites as per the client needs. Manage and maintain the functionality of websites, ensuring high performance and availability, managing all technical aspects of the CMS. Implement and maintain SEO best practices to increase site visibility. Design and optimize banners and landing pages for marketing campaigns. Design creative and impactful designs for marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the clients and the team to align website design with brand strategy. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues. Ensure seamless integration of content with the website’s design. Make necessary SEO adjustments to the website including but not limited to site architecture, meta tags, and improving site speed and mobile responsiveness. Stay updated with the latest web design and development trends. Follow through with commitments and foster mutual trust. Assume additional responsibility without being asked. Proactively seeks opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies. Competitive salary (80,000-110,000 PKR) with performance bonuses. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of proven experience in web design and development. Must have experience of working on a variety of CMS. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Experience with SEO principles and implementation. Strong portfolio showcasing web design and development skills.
