Senior UI / UX Designer

We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join our team and lead the design of exceptional user experiences for our digital products. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, conducting user research, and translating insights into intuitive and engaging designs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to create seamless user experiences that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities : Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring a user-centric approach throughout. Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to prioritize features and deliver high-quality designs on time. Iterate on designs based on feedback, data analysis, and usability testing results to continuously improve the user experience. Champion best practices in UX design, advocating for accessibility, usability, and consistency across all digital products. Mentor and support junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow their skills and expertise. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in UX design, and incorporate new ideas and techniques into our design process. Job Specification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Proven experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects. Expertise in UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders. Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
