Job Summary
You will be responsible for the design and development of the overall functionality of digital products to ensure exceptional user experience by translating business requirements and concepts into sitemaps & journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes. You will provide design support while understanding user-centered design principles and best practices.

Job Objectives
Translate complex concepts and interactions into visually coherent wireframes or prototypesDesign and develop UX interfaces and workflows to enhance user experienceResearch, understand, and utilize ongoing mobile applications’ / website analyticsJob Responsibilities
Design & DevelopmentCreate customer experience journeys for product / project features, web pages, product interstitials, notifications, and other components of the product experience that align and support the overall subscriber experienceCreate wireframes, storyboards, walkthroughs, and prototypes to communicate your design to the rest of the teamDevelop detailed wireframes, user flows, mockups, and other product deliverables to effectively communicate designs and product requirementsFormulating information architecture and navigation for complex data structuresArticulating future-proof design strategy for multi-audience, multi-channel, multi-app solutionsWork with other teams to test features and incorporate user feedback into design iterationsUtilize rapid prototyping and iterative design techniquesDesign for multiple platforms & screens for people-centered digital productsDeliver engineering-friendly design specifications and documentationOnline portfolio of Research, Personas, UX Flows, Experience Maps, Wireframes, Prototypes, and User TestingConduct benchmarking against similar types of businesses to ensure that the proposed design is following the latest trend in the market and is competitiveConduct research pre-developing the customer experienceConduct surveys to collect end customers’ feedback on the developed journeysDocumentation, Communication & Collaboration
Create documentation (Interactive playbooks, UX documentation, site architecture, wireframes, use cases, and task flows) to be used by the teamMaintain all UX / UI Templates, documentation, assets, personas, design mockups, user flows, navigational maps, and experience documentation for assigned projectsCommunicate designs – Create meaningful UX deliverables such as sketching, storyboards, sitemaps, wireframes, flowcharts, prototypesCollaborate with project teams to create artwork for the platform that satisfies requirements and strategic messaging, and continues to raise the visual integrity of the user experience, to drive user adoption and engagement; collaborate with fellow designers to evolve the design language of the website / mobile applicationCollaborate cross-functionally with other groups to solve strategic initiatives and new project challenges quickly and creativelyWork closely with a cross-functional team of designers, software engineers, product managers, and business owners through all product development phasesWork with the Software Testing team during the testing phase to ensure that what was developed matches the journey designedJob Requirements
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related fieldLicenses & Certifications
Scrum MasterGoogle UX Design ProfessionalPrevious Work Experience
6+ years of experience as a user experience designer, information designer, interaction designer, and graphic designerExperience in professional user interface design or related design disciplinesProficiency with several graphics’ tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Proficient with at least one of these design programs such as Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalentProficiency with wireframe and prototyping tools (Axure is the current tool of choice)Ability to work on highly detailed projects, highly creative brand-driven projectsExperience shipping high-quality consumer or enterprise products a plusA strong portfolio of work demonstrating breadth and depth in UX and visual design, design strategy and process; critical thinker able to work through complex variations and with high attention to detailExperience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments for both desktop and mobileExperience applying WCAG standards to design conceptsProficient with qualitative and quantitative user testing methodologies, such as user research, usability testing (moderated and unmoderated), A / B testing, and analysisSkills and Abilities
