Assistant Manager | HR Rewards & Talent @ HBL Microfinance Bank LTD Job Description Retail Liability Targets & Achievements
Responsible to further deepen the existing portfolio of retail clients by constant follow up to match customer needs.
Responsible to achieve assigned targets & agreed at the time of appointment. Focus on rack rates deposit and current deposit mobilization by working closely with the respective Senior RM and Regional Manager.
Responsible for continuous growth of portfolio by way of ensuring deposit retention and introducing new relationships to the bank.
Responsible for providing outstanding customer service to existing new customers of the bank
Compliance and Service Quality Culture
Ensure compliance of SBP prudential Regulation, KYC (Know your customer), due diligence of all deposit clients.
Ensure discrepancies identified by the Internal / external / regulatory Audits are addressed timely and rectified.
Coordinate to implement service quality standards and efforts for continuous improvement of service quality culture.
Work in sync with the branch team to ensure overall growth of business.
Resolve problems, disputes & complaints regarding clients and internal. Responsible to provide quality & prompt Customer service to all clients and prepare customer feedback for continues improvement.
Job Specification Experience & Educational Qualifications : 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the banking sector / Preferably Microfinance and good knowledge of overall asset / Liability portfolio management.
Graduation with preference to higher education levels in commerce BBA / B.COM / MBA.
Minimum 2 year’s related experience with a large financial institution, preferred in reputable banks. Retail Banking Liabilities Products / Business Development field.
knowledge of the deposit products including the applicable regulations and guidelines.
Knowledge / Skills : Competitor and Market knowledge. Knowledge of Banking market niche & Liability products.
Good Relationship Management & service focused Skills.
Working knowledge of banking computer based software & systems.
Excellent Communication, Presentation and listening skills.
Good Sales and Negotiation skills.
Ability to handle additional assignments with meticulously.
Manage resources effectively and within budget.
