Relationship Officer - General Processing (Mashreq Bank Pakistan Limited) Job Purpose

Follow verification policy – adhere to banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Update all the systems as per the calls with the customer.

Achieve given targets on a monthly basis.

Meet KPI targets set in terms of card acquisition NTB / NTP.

Contact potential and existing customers via phone to introduce and promote banking products.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.

Cross‑sell and upsell products to maximize revenue opportunities.

Process the request or offer given to the customer.

Handle all customer issues and resolve them at the earliest; highlight them to the team leader.

Maintain all records of approvals, requests and reports handled.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about product services.

Address customer concerns and resolve complaints efficiently.

Compile daily and monthly reports and MIS for the team.

Ensure 100% compliance with control parameters and policy set by the bank audit team.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

University graduate.

1–2 years of experience in a similar environment.

Preferably with a practical marketing background.

Strong sales and customer focus with creative thinking under pressure.

Excellent presentation skills.

Team player with result‑driven attitude.

Analytical and computer skills.

Adaptable and versatile.
