Manager Stationary

Plan, organize and execute routine, emergency and Turnaround maintenance jobs and ensure implementation of preventive and proactive maintenance programs for smooth operation of stationary equipments (process heater, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, columns, boilers, piping etc).

Develop and manage operating and capital budgets.

Arrange / manage maintenance resources (manpower, material, services etc.).

Develop tender documents / technical specifications.

Review and evaluate bids / offers.

Maintain liaison with outside agencies / contractors. Ensure / monitor work performed by these agencies / contractors as per requirements.

Motivate and train subordinates to deliver the best as an integral and efficient team.

Review / approve staff performance appraisals.

Review and monitor Section’s HSEQ performance and ensure its implementation in line with Company Objectives and Policies.

Promote progressively safer working environment.

Job Specification
