Responsibilities
Take responsibility for the business performance Analyse and plan company sales levels and profitability Organise marketing activities, such as promotional events and advertising Prepare reports at the end of the shift / week, including staff control, progress, check in and check out timings and work quality Create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff Respond to customer queries and complaints Meet and greet customers Maintain high standards of quality control Maintain discipline at the office and sort payments out for the staff Job Specification
Strong leadership, motivational and management skills along with a background in finances / accounting.
