Responsibilities
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- Monitor consumer reactions and brand mentions worldwide
- Align all branded and marketing communication / promotion / advertising especially design and content with the approved branded guidelines
- Measure and report performance of all branding campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Conduct market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
- Conceptualize & execute digital narratives that elevate the brand vision
- Enhance brand awareness within the digital and social networking space as well as driving website traffic
- Develop and implement business plans that highlight our differentiating factor with respect to the competitive landscape and customer needs
- Manage product / features promotional activities, product training / educational tools and marketing direction to field sales and other strategic channels (e.g. distribution channels)
- Work with social media team to recruit influencers that are relevant to our industry
- Plan, strategize and execute new features, products and enhancements with relevant marketing and product teams
