Overview

Dynamic World Wide Logistics Group is moving towards Good to Great Journey.

Responsibilities

Communication with international agents to recover receivables.
Verifying documents and finalizing agreements with foreign agents.
Uploading outward remittance on the digital portal of the bank.
Fulfilling bank document requirements for inward remittances.
Posting adjustments to reconcile ledger with balancing reports.
Bank reconciliation on a regular basis.
Monthly inward / outward remittance report.
Vendor reconciliation on a regular basis.
Posting all types of vouchers as per the requirement (JV, BRV, BPV, BtB).

Skills & Experience

1 - 2 years of relevant experience.

Sound knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

Proficient in MS. Office Excel – Mandatory.

Presentation Skills

Good Communication Skills

Custom Agents License

Licensed Ship-Chartering & Ship-Handling, Licensed CHA
