As a Senior Finance Executive, you will manage invoicing, revenue recognition, compliance, and reporting. The role focuses on ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory adherence, and process efficiency while supporting business decisions across local and international markets.

Job Responsibilities :
Invoicing & Revenue Management
- Manage daily invoicing operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely posting in the ERP / system.
- Monitor and execute recurring, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual invoicing cycles to ensure timely issuance and proper revenue recognition.
- Track and manage backlog and on‑hand purchase orders to ensure revenue realization as per contractual terms.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all invoices and supporting documentation for audit and reconciliation purposes.
Revenue Accounting & Reconciliation
Perform monthly revenue reconciliations between sub-ledgers / modules and the General Ledger (GL).Handle deferred revenue accounting and related cost provisioning in accordance with accounting standards.Conduct monthly and annual closing activities, including Balance Sheet and P&L finalization, revenue accruals, and adjustments.Prepare weekly financial playbooks and ensure accurate tracking of invoicing and revenue data.Taxation & Compliance
Prepare and review monthly sales tax (GST / VAT) reports, ensuring reconciliation with the GL and timely compliance filings.Ensure adherence to company financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.Inventory & Cost Control
Maintain and reconcile inventory records, including periodic valuation and obsolescence workings.Audit & Reporting
Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations for audit reviews.Prepare management reports and assist in financial analysis related to revenue, invoicing, and margins.Sales Data & Commission Management
Conduct sales commission calculations and reconciliation of sales data with the GL to ensure accuracy and consistency.Skills :
Strong understanding of financial principles, credit management, and reconciliations.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and financial formulas).Working knowledge of accounting software and ERP platforms.Familiarity with tax regulations and financial compliance standards.Good analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.Experience using ERP and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Good knowledge of taxation laws and compliance requirements.Qualifications :
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance operations, accounting, or credit control.Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.ACCA, CMA, or part‑qualified CA preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
