• Ideate engaging content topics tailored to target audiences
• Plan and schedule informational and promotional posts
• Spot emerging trends early and capitalize on them
• Guide the creative execution of campaigns - creating paid engagement ads to boost the page
• Craft compelling captions, hashtags, and descriptions
• Use in-platform tools to track performance metrics
• Work closely with the team to boost organic reach and brand visibility Requirements :
• Minimum 2 or more years of experience in content planning.
• Strong understanding of various platforms trends like Meta , TikTok , LinkedIn etc
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity.
• Proficiency in using social media tools to check insights.
• Ability to boost organic reach effectively.
• Ability to coordinate with graphic designer & Junior social media handler Qualification :
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Proven portfolio or examples of content strategies executed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
