For more than 50 years and in over 150 countries, Jhpiego has worked to prevent the needless deaths of women and their families. Jhpiego is dedicated to improving the health of women and families in developing countries. Jhpiego seeks one Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) Coordinator in Islamabad for a multifaceted project to support the anticipated introduction of HPV vaccine in Pakistan.

Responsibilities

Monitoring & Evaluation :

• Support the MERL Manager in developing and implementing the MERL work plan for the project.
• Design and implement the program’s MERL framework, including indicators, targets, data sources, and reporting timelines.
• Develop, adapt, and maintain data collection tools and digital platforms (e.g., Kobo, ODK) to ensure timely and reliable data.
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and provide data-driven feedback to technical teams and government partners.
• Ensure accurate documentation, data quality checks, and routine updates for donor and government reporting.
• Provide regular progress updates and support the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and donor deliverables in collaboration with the technical team.
• Produce dashboards, analytical reports, and visualizations that communicate progress and gaps to stakeholders.
