Job Description

We are seeking an

IT Helper

to support our IT team in establishing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or relevant fields and will contribute to ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations. Requirements : DAE in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles. Basic knowledge of networking protocols, routers, switches, network security, CCTV systems, cabling, and access control machines. Ability to work on hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with electrical systems related to IT infrastructure. Skills : Basic electrical knowledge for IT infrastructure systems, CCTV systems, cabling, and access control machines. Strong troubleshooting skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Team player with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset. Location :
