Pak Elektron Limited (PEL) is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our Power Products business in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have 8–12 years of experience in Transformer or Power Product Sales across UAE / GCC / Export markets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth for Power & Distribution Transformers across UAE, GCC, and export markets (including US).
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with EPC contractors, utilities, and industrial clients.
Prepare sales forecasts, proposals, and pricing strategies aligned with business goals.
Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and technical support.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
8–12 years of proven experience in Transformer or Power Products sales.
Strong network within UAE / GCC transformer market.
UAE Iqama holder / Driving License Holder.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a competitive market.
