Manager PPC

Generate Yarn, knitting and dyeing plan based on store plans and existing stock levels. Provide fabric knitting and dyeing plan to fabrication department. Keep update inventory of yarn ecru and dyed fabric ecru and dyed. Coordinate on giving feedback for fabric usage / consumption. Keep lines filled and running as per sewing plan. Keep follow up with F.I.D for died fabric, take report assign work order and forward it to GGT for marker. Generate weekly audit plan for all brands. Coordinate with cutting, printing and sewing for recovery of short pieces. Generate closing report after shipment. Take daily production status of cut to pack from floor. Kept Merchandising department updated regarding production status. Generate line wise production, monthly summary, cycle time reports. Maintain separate record for organic processing. Generate and maintain all documentation and filing related to production & reporting work.

Job Specification

Minimum Graduate with 3 years of above mentioned working experience in PPC Department.
