We're seeking a dynamic Account Manager who will serve as the strategic bridge between our clients and internal teams. This role combines traditional account management with hands-on project coordination and technical client success management. You'll be the central hub of knowledge, accountability, and client satisfaction across all digital project deliverables. This is a leadership-track position where you'll own the complete client experience from onboarding through project delivery, ensuring every client relationship drives both satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for assigned client accounts. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships that drive retention and expansion. Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key stakeholders. Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services. Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and expansion discussions. Develop comprehensive project plans outlining key milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to create detailed project strategies and realistic timelines. Oversee end-to-end project execution, monitoring progress and ensuring on-time delivery. Allocate resources effectively across team members and tools to meet project deadlines. Identify potential risks and challenges, and implement proactive solutions for project success. Client Success & Quality Assurance Maintain detailed documentation of each client's goals, objectives, KPIs, and project timelines. Ensure all client projects are properly tracked and visible in project management systems. Conduct thorough quality assurance testing on all deliverables before client presentation. Translate client requirements into clear, actionable specifications for technical teams. Provide regular, proactive updates to clients on project progress and milestones. Strategic Communication & Collaboration Partner with operations teams to refine processes, deadlines, and accountability systems. Work closely with technical teams to ensure client needs are accurately translated into deliverables. Provide structured feedback and clear communication channels between all project stakeholders. Protect team productivity by filtering client requests into actionable, prioritised tasks. Must Haves Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field 3-5 years of account management, client success, or project management experience Proven track record in managing B2B client relationships and driving account growth. Experience with digital marketing or technology services preferred Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar) Strong understanding of digital project workflows and quality assurance processes Experience with GoHighLevel CRM and client communication platforms Basic understanding of web technologies and digital marketing concepts. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Strategic Thinking : Ability to understand client business goals and translate them into actionable project plans Detail-Oriented : Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational and documentation skills Communication Excellence : Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships Problem-Solving : Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges before they impact client satisfaction Leadership : Natural ability to coordinate teams and drive accountability without direct authority Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and requirements.
