Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a Field Engineer to join our team. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for on-site support for our clients. You will be working with a diverse range of customers, providing technical support and solving problems on-site. The ideal candidate has experience in information technology and is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with customers.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support to customers in a timely and professional manner

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software systems

Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues

Train and educate customers on software and hardware systems

Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and resolve complex problems

Manage customer expectations by providing regular updates and communicating effectively

Qualifications

Open to individuals from all educational backgrounds, including students and recent graduates

Strong interest in gaining experience in a professional setting

Good communication skills and a willingness to learn

A team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively

Positive attitude and eagerness to engage in various activities

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools is a plus
