Education : Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Job Requirements

• Review / Finalization of Piping related deliverables i.e. Plot plan, Piping Layouts, Piping Isometrics, Piping Design Basis, Piping Material Specifications, MTO / BOQ etc.
• Preparation of Data Sheets (for valves and special items)
• Preparation of Tie-in Procedures / Critical Line List / Tie-in Schedule and Tie-in Sketches.
• Perform and review pipe stress calculations.
• Assist in the identification of critical lines requiring pipe stress analysis, review the line list to ensure an adequate level of criticality is defined.
• Shall have experience in performing Stress Analysis for various systems such as Metallic, FRP / HDPE piping, cryogenic piping, etc.
• Preparation of Pipe Supports : Detailed Drawings & Schedule.
• Involvement in Procurement Support (i.e. Preparation of Data Sheets, MRs, TBEs, Vendor Docs Review etc.)
• Participation in Project Kick-off, Design Review meetings, etc.
• Ability to review Tenders / RFQs w.r.t. scope of work, prepare respective technical clarifications, finalize techno-commercial bid proposal, post-bid clarifications, etc.
