Role We are looking for a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience who will play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, developing, documenting, and communicating business transaction flows to achieve organizational objectives. They will act as liaisons between business partners and IT teams, ensuring effective technical solutions are provided and fostering strong relationships.
Responsibilities
Assist in pre‑sales activities
Review high level requirements shared by client, prepare questions, assumptions
Assist in pre‑sales documentation
Participate in project discovery sessions
Identify key stakeholders, establish close working relationships with them
Identify and document the current processes, gaps, pain points
Document project requirements, success metrics, KPIs
Write user stories or assist TPM and PDM in user story writing
Prepare other supporting documentation e.g., workflows, wireframes, gap analysis, functional specification, user guide, training deck etc.
Liaise with design team to create mock‑ups
Facilitate meetings; work closely with TPM, system architects and developers
Act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders
Participate in scrum, sprint planning and other ceremonies as needed
Perform UAT or quality assurance as required
Prepare test scenarios / cases to verify the functionality
Ability to demo system features, prepare demo script
Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Strong data analysis and data presentation skills
Strong research skills
Good understanding of SDLC
Good understanding of Agile framework
Expertise on flowcharting and mock‑up tools like Visio, draw.io, Balsamiq, Axure etc.
Expertise on MS Office tools; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline.
5+ years of hands‑on work experience as a Business Analyst.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Visio diagramming tool or similar software.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
