Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Research Analyst with a proven track record in service-based research. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to turn data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research focused on service-based industries, including market trends, competitive analysis, and customer behavior.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the target industry to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
- Gather and analyze data from various primary and secondary sources, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate research findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research objectives with organizational goals.
- Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to provide timely insights.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying market gaps and evaluating potential partnerships or ventures.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring that research outputs are well-documented and easily accessible.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.Proven experience (3-5 years) in a research analyst role, with a strong emphasis on service-based research.Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Tableau, or Power BI)Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A proactive attitude, with the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Preferred Skills :
Experience in designing and conducting surveys or other primary research methods.Knowledge of specific service industries (e.g., IT, healthcare, finance) is a plus.Understanding of statistical modeling and forecasting techniques.
