Location : Fully Remote, but Type : (Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract) Salary : Competitive, based on market standards About Us : We are seeking a Research Assistant with exceptional social media expertise, particularly on LinkedIn. This role demands a strong technical background combined with the ability to craft compelling, professional narratives. Reporting to our overseas CEO at this stage and will be responsible for sourcing, creating, and optimizing content that enhances our digital presence, specifically on LinkedIn. About the Role : As a key member of our research team, you will focus on producing on-brand content that grows audience engagement and strengthens our brand footprint on LinkedIn. This involves creating impactful narratives that resonate with our target audience, while staying ahead of information and adapting to the unique requirements of LinkedIn, We are not focused on any other social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. Duties : Content Production and Optimization : Craft and optimize content to ensure it aligns with our brand's tone, style, and cadence. Ensure content is engaging, regularly updated, and adheres to our digital content strategy, incorporating best practices in SEO, social amplification, and content hygiene. Social and SEO Strategy Execution : Implement and manage social media and SEO strategies, using data-driven insights and your expertise to make strategic decisions that drive key performance metrics on LinkedIn. Narrative Crafting : Develop compelling stories and content that resonate with our professional audience on LinkedIn, utilizing your storytelling skills to create impactful narratives. Information Analysis : Stay ahead of LinkedIn-specific trends to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging. Skills and Experience : At least 2 years of experience in research & digital media, with a focus on web / content management and social media, particularly LinkedIn. Proven ability to use data analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to inform content decisions. Advantage to have a background in STEM, IT with experence in content creation. Key Responsibilities : LinkedIn Research and Content Writing (50%) : Conduct thorough research and craft engaging content specifically for LinkedIn. Develop strategies to boost professional branding and audience engagement on the platform. LinkedIn Management (20%) : Develop and implement LinkedIn strategies, create and manage content, interact with users, and analyze performance metrics to drive engagement and growth. Content Creation (20%) : Design eye-catching visuals using Canva or similar tools. Work closely with the content team to produce high-quality content that resonates with our audience. UX Design and Pipeline (10%) : Apply UX principles to enhance user interaction and experience on LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Optimize social media strategies based on user feedback and trends. Other Platforms : Manage content on additional social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
