About the Role :

As a Data Analyst II , you will work within the Post Sales Organization, partnering with Customer Support, Services, and Sales Engineering teams to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics. You will be responsible for building scalable dashboards, enabling data-driven decision-making, and ensuring leadership has visibility into business‑critical KPIs. This role requires strong technical expertise in SQL, Salesforce analytics, and data visualization tools, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do :

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Salesforce native reporting tools.
• Write advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets across multiple systems.
• Partner with Customer Support, Services, and Sales Engineering leaders to translate business needs into clear data requirements and insights.
• Drive data consistency and accuracy across reporting platforms to ensure leadership visibility into KPIs.
• Provide deep‑dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvement areas.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives by building scalable, automated reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure alignment on data sources, definitions, and governance.
