As a Data Analyst, you will :
- Support multiple teams by providing meaningful data analysis and insights
- Use data to solve business challenges and answer key questions
- Contribute to strategic decision-making by uncovering patterns, trends, and opportunities
- Improve reporting, tracking, and performance metrics across business units
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting : Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources. Build dashboards and reports to track performance, KPIs, and trends.Business Insights : Work closely with different teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.Problem Solving : Translate business problems into analytical questions, identify relevant datasets, and deliver solutions based on data findings.Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with stakeholders across departments to support data-driven decision-making.Data Visualization : Present insights in a clear, concise, and visually compelling way using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI platforms.Process Improvement : Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current reporting and recommend improvements or automation strategies.Data Integration : Merge and prepare data from different systems to build unified and consistent analysis.Ad Hoc Analysis : Provide support on one-off or short-term projects and data needs as they arise.Requirements
4+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence roleStrong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for advanced analysisExperience with dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)Understanding of business operations and financial metricsAbility to translate complex data into simple and impactful insightsStrong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy and data qualityBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related fieldFamiliarity with tools like SQL, Python (basic level), or Google Analytics is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
