Head of Operations

Interwood is looking for a dynamic professional to lead its complete supply chain function — including planning, procurement (local & international), production coordination, warehousing, and logistics. The ideal candidate must have strong manufacturing experience and a proven track record in supply chain leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the end-to-end supply chain function including planning, procurement (local and international), production coordination, warehousing, and logistics. Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Oversee demand forecasting, material planning, and production scheduling to ensure timely availability of resources and the delivery of finished goods. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality, timely procurement of materials while optimizing sourcing costs. Supervise warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock accuracy through effective systems and audits to minimize losses and ensure traceability. Optimize logistics and distribution operations to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery and improved customer service levels. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for import / export, safety, and documentation in all supply chain activities. Lead, train, and motivate the supply chain team to foster ownership, accountability, and high performance across all areas. Drive the adoption and optimization of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for procurement, inventory, and logistics reporting. Present timely operational reports and insights to senior leadership, identifying risks, opportunities, and continuous improvement areas.
