Sales Development Representative (Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Etc) - Remote
We\'re looking for a highly experienced, organized, positive, and outgoing Sales Development Representative who can excel and show traction in the role and is interested in growth opportunities.
This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities
- Understand our business, company goals, and our customers.
- Take a creative approach to source and generate leads to cold call or email.
- Make lots of cold calls per day, prioritizing work for the highest impact, with excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Know how to sell to businesses, mostly SMB and mid-size.
- Make every person on the phone feel special and address their needs.
- Navigate gatekeepers and individuals who may be resistant to telemarketing with class and respect.
- Maintain thick skin and not take rejection personally; stay curious and persist where appropriate.
- Grab attention, listen to the customer, and clearly present our value proposition addressing specific needs.
- Plant a seed of desire and offer something compelling; use momentum to move conversations forward.
- Be crystal clear about the call to action and what happens next.
- Manage time effectively; follow up skillfully and relentlessly—professional, not annoying.
- Remain a relentless self-starter; close on the spot or escalate as needed; demonstrate urgency and aim for immediate outcomes.
- Establish and own an end-to-end sales lifecycle and be prepared to step up and contribute as a team leader if needed.
Schedule
You need to work 8 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time (currently GMT-7). Please do not apply if you are unable to work night shifts. We are unable to change the schedule—these are the business operation hours.
