What is Expert MN Projects, Inventory & Budgeting?

The Expert MN Projects, Inventory and Budgeting is responsible for closely monitoring and taking necessary actions proactively to ensure KPIs including End to End Project Management, Capex & Opex controller, Ordering , Capitalization, Issuance and EBR to support Jazz’s business continuity.

The role reports directly to Streamhead MN Projects, Inventory & Budgeting.

What does Expert MN Projects, Inventory & Budgeting do?

This role involves projects risk & stakeholders management as well as progress update and creating relevant reporting dashboards.

Key responsibilities & Deliverables

• Manage the entire procurement lifecycle from request initiation to order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Business Partners, FP & A, Supply Chain, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor and track budget allocations, ensuring expenditures remain within approved limits and alignment of budget consumption with FP&A.
• Warehouse inventory audits and Management in order to ensure the Sock Turnover Ratio of VEON Target.
• Be the part of weekly meetings with Business Partners to monitor the projects delivery progress.
• Collaborate with Technical Budgeting, Supply Chain and Internal stakeholders and align the score card for Budget Consumption, Capitalization, Issuance & EBR.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into financial and operational performance.
