We are seeking a

Video Content Creator & Digital Marketer

to join us as part of our

Early Employees Empowerment Program. This is a

remote-friendly role

based in the Karachi Division, with opportunities to grow alongside the organisation. As an early employee, you will : Responsibilities

Produce and edit

high-quality video content

for campaigns, product launches, and social media. Execute

digital marketing strategies

to build brand visibility and engagement. Manage and grow

social media presence

across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Conduct

market research

and competitor analysis to identify trends. Analyse metrics and performance data to refine campaigns. Collaborate with our creative and strategic teams to bring

IBTIKAREX’s vision

to life. Qualifications

Proven skills in

video production, editing, and post-production. Strong understanding of

digital marketing strategies. Ability to conduct

market research & performance analysis. Creative storytelling with excellent communication (written & verbal). Ability to work independently

and

collaborate in a startup environment. Bonus : Experience in motion graphics, animation, or AI-based editing too Compensation (Early Employees Empowerment Program)
