Social Media Content Creator (Night Shift)

Location : Remote (Pakistan-based)

Compensation : PKR 50,000 – 70,000 per month (with growth opportunities)

Hours : 6 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 AM Pakistan Standard Time (night shift)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Social Media Content Creator to manage posting for our company and client accounts. The role is hands-on : designing posts in Canva, maintaining content calendars, scheduling content across platforms, and ensuring everything is tracked in Asana. You’ll also coordinate with our video editor (handling Q&A and file reviews). If you have video editing skills yourself, that’s a big plus. This role is perfect for someone creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently during night hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation
• Design social media posts (static, carousel, infographics) using Canva.
• Write captions and blog content with strong English skills.
• Posting & Scheduling
• Manage content calendars for our company + clients.
• Schedule and publish posts using scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Later).
• Ensure timely and consistent publishing across all platforms.
• Coordination & Tracking
• Track all tasks and deliverables in Asana.
• Coordinate with outsourced video editor for reviews and Q&A.
• Monitor engagement and suggest improvements.
