is a textile-based company located in Faisalabad. We manufacture all kinds of hospital and hotel linen items. We are looking to hire a Business Development / Sales Officer in Lahore, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Karachi, and all big cities to improve our sales. Our company is already an exporter. We need Marketing Managers for Pakistan to sell our products. We will give

5% commission

base salary ONLY on the orders taken by the Marketing Manager. (e.g. 5% of 10 Lacs order is 50,000 Rupees). Once the Marketing Manager has clients for purchase, they'll always get their commission from every purchase those clients make from Bio Fitt until they want to work with us. Sales Managers will be given a specific city and will be responsible for all the sales in that city. NOTE : PEOPLE IN ALL CITIES CAN APPLY. WE NEED SALES MANAGERS IN EVERY BIG CITY. We Offer :

Responsible for selling company products and services whether through phone or door-to-door. Responsible for collecting & maintaining potential client information. Responsible for planning and strategizing Sales Plan on a monthly basis. Calling, setting up appointments, and meeting clients. Responsible for going to qualified meetings and giving complete presentations to clients. Responsible for preparing proposals for customers based on their needs. Responsible for negotiations with clients and assisting / participating in the negotiations. Responsible for creating and building client relationships. Increasing new clients as well as maintaining good relationships with existing clients. Must be able to achieve realistic targets and bring new business to the company. Must be presentable. Must be a good communicator. Must have excellent Urdu and English speaking skills. Must be honest. Must have persuasive sales skills. The candidate will be the face of the company and must be presentable, hardworking, polite, and courteous. Experience :

Must be experienced in Sales and Marketing. More qualified candidates will have higher acceptance chances. At least a BA degree is required. NOTE : Pharmaceutical Sales experience will be preferred. Vacancies : 13
