We are looking for a Senior Sales Closer (Team Lead) to lead and drive high-ticket deal closures for our digital marketing services GMB. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, team management, and a proven ability to convert leads into long-term clients. You will oversee a team of sales agents while directly handling high-value negotiations and ensuring revenue targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 4-5 sales agents , ensuring they meet individual and team sales targets.
- Close high-value deals by handling objections, negotiating contracts, and finalizing agreements with clients.
- Oversee end-to-end sales processes , from lead handoff to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Conduct cold calling and outbound sales outreach (1-2 years of experience required).
Required Qualifications & Skills
1-2 years of proven experience in outbound sales (cold calling)—preferably in GMB Website and SEO.1+ year of experience managing a sales team (5-10 agents).Exceptional English communication & negotiation skills (verbal and written).Strong leadership abilities with a track record of driving team performance.Benefits
