Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales agents
- Make outbound cold calls to US businesses
- Promote and close GMB, SEO, and digital marketing services
- Ensure team meets individual and collective sales targets
- Report performance and provide feedback to management
- Maintain client relationships and upsell services
