Due to recent expansion and an increase in tendering opportunities, we are currently seeking an experienced Estimator who will remotely work from Pakistan for our Company. The successful applicant must be a team player, have effective organizational and Communication skills, have the ability to meet deadlines, have good time management and Prioritization, have analytical skills, and attention to detail. The role will report to the Estimating Manager from Pakistan. Our company desire to submit approx. 15 Tenders in a month. Key Duties

Critically analyses bid documents, understand risk and opportunities and articulate those to management. Have a strong understanding of the resource selection for a distinct type of work, mainly commercial projects. Gather and monitor actual cost vs. estimated cost, maintaining project cost history. Risk management and safe construction techniques when developing construction methodologies and programs with the construction team. Manage multiple tenders at any one time. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing and negotiate subcontract terms and conditions. Assisting the Construction Teams to identify and prepare variations and EOTs in accordance with the head contract. Reading and interpreting drawings, scopes, and specifications to create a quotation with inclusions / exclusions and cost-saving options. Assessing the tender documents and delivering completed tender assessments accurately and on time ready for final approval by senior management. Ensuring accurate estimates are completed on time and in accordance with the required technical standard. Prepare tender documents, including detailed SOW, methodology, and tender construction program Candidate requirement

Must have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from any reputable University. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Tender Estimator of commercial projects. Able to demonstrate good negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to cross reference Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook Experience in using software, for measuring drawings to create take-offs Strong organization skills with the ability to meet deadlines High level of attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure. Capability to work independently and as part of a team, building strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other key stakeholders. You should have good proficiency in the

English language.
