• Experience in Orthopedic and Rheumatology divisions
• Core Medical & Product Knowledge
• Mechanism of Action & Side Effects : Ability to explain how each product works, dosing, and possible side effects.
• Sales & Communication Skills
• Local Market Knowledge
• Doctor & Hospital Engagement : Build trust-based, long-term relationships with consultants, registrars, and pharmacists.
• Follow-Up & CRM : Maintain consistent engagement and a record of interactions.
• Regulatory Awareness : Understand DRAP (Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan) rules for ethical promotion.
