Full Stack Developer

KalSoft is looking to hire a skilled

Full Stack Developer

with 2 – 4 years of professional experience in developing robust and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate must have expertise in

ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web APIs , and a strong command over both

relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL)

databases. Familiarity with modern front-end technologies is a must. Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

Design and develop RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core. Implement and maintain MVC‑based applications. Ensure the application is scalable, secure, and adheres to best practices. Database Management

Design, optimize, and manage

relational databases

(e.g., SQL Server, MySQL). Work with

non‑relational databases

(e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB) for specific use cases. Create efficient database schemas, queries, and stored procedures. Frontend Development

Develop user interfaces using modern front‑end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js). Ensure responsive and intuitive user experiences. Integration and Deployment

Integrate front‑end and back‑end services seamlessly. Work with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI / CD pipelines. Deploy applications to cloud or on‑premises environments. Collaboration

Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, and product managers. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning. Documentation and Maintenance

Prepare technical documentation for developed applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported in production environments. Required Skills and Qualification

Experience : 2–4 years of hands‑on development experience. Backend Expertise :

ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API development. Database Skills :

Proficiency in relational databases ( SQL Server, MySQL ) and non‑relational databases (MongoDB, etc.). Frontend Skills :

Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks like

React, Angular, or Vue.js , and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Version Control :

Experience with Git or similar tools. Deployment :

Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and deployment in cloud environments (Azure, AWS) is a plus. Problem‑Solving :

Strong analytical and debugging skills. Communication :

Ability to convey technical concepts effectively to non‑technical stakeholders.
