B2B sales, IT services, and lead generation , with expertise in using industry-standard tools to optimize outreach and conversion. Qualifications
3+ years of proven working experience as a business development executive, lead generation expert, IT sales executive, or a relevant role. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced expertise with lead generation tools like Apollo, Lusha, Crunchbase, Seamless.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Hands-on experience with tools for email campaigns and management like Instantly, SmartLead, Woodpecker, Mailshake, Lemlist. Expertise with email verification tools like MillionVerifier, Zerobounce, Neverbounce. Proficiency in maintaining and managing leads and prospects using CRM tools like Hubspot. Proven track record of successful B2B sales and business development in the IT industry. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in business development for Cloud, DevOps, and Security Compliance Industry is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven. Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through research and online platforms like Apollo, Lusha, Crunchbase, etc. Initiate and maintain communication with prospective clients via email, calls, LinkedIn outreach, and other relevant channels. Utilize Hubspot (or equivalent) CRM to document, track, and analyze leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Qualify leads and nurture them through the sales funnel. Prepare persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Analyze market trends and establish competitive advantages. Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts. Prepare sales contracts, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. Compensation and Benefits
