We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as In-House Proposal Writers / Bid Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling cover letters and proposals for job postings on Upwork, a leading freelance platform.

Work Schedule : 8 PM to 4 AM (Night Shift)

Location : In-house at our company office (Gulberg 3, Lahore)

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze job postings and develop strategic, tailored cover letters
• Research new technologies and tech stacks relevant to potential projects
• Write concise, well-targeted proposals that highlight our company's strengths
• Utilize Generative AI tools to refine and optimize cover letters
• Meet daily targets for proposal submissions

Required Qualifications :

These qualifications are non-negotiable. Only candidates who meet ALL of these requirements will be considered.

Nice-to-Have (but not required) :

Interview Process : All candidates must pass a comprehensive test as part of the initial interview. This test will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour and will include :

Training and Compensation :

15 days of training will be provided to selected candidates.

Competitive base pay (to be discussed during the interview process).
