We’re expanding our offshore recruitment team in the Philippines and are looking for a motivated
Recruiter / Talent Sourcer
who thrives on finding exceptional talent and building relationships.

What You’ll Do
Source candidates through
LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other online platforms .
Conduct
initial outreach (LinkedIn messages, emails, and phone calls)
to engage potential candidates.
Screen resumes to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit based on client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of candidates in our
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) .
Coordinate interviews and communicate with U.S.-based recruiters and hiring managers.
Support the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to placement — across multiple roles.
Meet weekly activity goals and help build a consistent candidate pipeline.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years
of experience in
recruitment or talent sourcing
(U.S. or international markets preferred).
Strong
English communication skills
— written and verbal (clear, confident, and professional).
Comfortable
speaking with candidates over the phone
and conducting screening calls.
Proficiency with
LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and candidate databases .
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup.

Compensation
90,000 - 150,000 / month
(base(60K PKR)+ commission)

— your total monthly earnings will depend on your results. The base pay provides stability, while each
successful placement
adds
commission‑based bonuses , allowing top performers to earn significantly more.
On average, recruiters who make
1–2 placements per month
earn within the stated range. However, consistent high performers who close more placements can
exceed 150,000+ PKR / month
in total compensation.
