Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred). 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably with cloud and hybrid environments. Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP). Hands-on experience in network design, configuration, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and best practices. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Overview
TeleTaleem is seeking an experienced Cloud & Systems Administrator to manage and strengthen its IT infrastructure, covering both on-premises and cloud-based environments. The role requires expertise in server and network management, deployment, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless IT operations for a growing education technology organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage on-premises and cloud-based servers, including Virtual Machines (VMs).
- Administer cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and ensure system reliability and security.
- Oversee network design, planning, and execution, including configuration of firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs.
- Provide troubleshooting and resolution for IT infrastructure, server, and network issues.
- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance, monitoring, and proactive risk mitigation.
- Support IT integration with organizational platforms and digital classrooms.
- Support cloud-based services.
