Account Executive – Sales & Business Development
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive with strong expertise in SaaS and product-based sales. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in pitching , product demonstrations , lead generation , and closing new business in international markets. This role requires a self‑starter who understands how to build strong customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales presentations, product pitches, and live demonstrations to prospects.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive lead generation.
- Drive end‑to‑end sales cycles – prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Develop market‑entry strategies for regions including North America, MENA, Europe, and Far East Asia.
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with decision‑makers.
Lead Generation & Outreach
Execute targeted lead generation campaigns via LinkedIn Outreach, Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools.Build and manage prospect lists with high accuracy.Conduct follow‑ups, schedule meetings, and convert leads into qualified opportunities.Product Knowledge & Market Understanding
Understand SaaS product workflows and project management tools such as JIRA , ClickUp , Trello, Asana.Collaborate closely with technical and product teams to ensure accurate communication of features and customer requirements.Deep understanding of international customer behaviors, sales cycles, and industry standards across North America, MENA, Europe, Far Eastern Asia.Qualifications
3 – 4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or product-based business development.Strong experience in pitching, product demos, and lead generation.Proficiency in LinkedIn Outreach, Sales Navigator, and list‑building tools.Hands‑on experience in email marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Apollo, Mailshake, Instantly).Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, CRM usage, and sales reporting.Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA and ClickUp.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and meet targets.Nice‑to‑Have Skills
Experience working in startups or fast‑paced technology environments.Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams.Why Join Us
