(Reels, Shorts, TikToks) tailored for audience retention and engagement. Implement

fast-paced editing styles , jump cuts, motion graphics, and text overlays to enhance storytelling. Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop visually appealing and

trend-driven

content. Organize and manage raw footage, ensuring efficient workflow, proper file organization, and backup. Add captions, motion graphics, memes, and other elements to enhance content appeal. Optimize videos for different platforms to ensure

high-quality, platform-specific formatting

and engagement. Stay updated on

trending editing styles, viral content strategies, and platform algorithms

to create high-performing videos. Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines. Qualifications

Proven experience as a YouTube Video Editor or Short-Form Content Creator , with a strong portfolio showcasing

fast-paced, engaging edits . Proficiency in video editing software such as

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut , or similar tools. Strong understanding of

YouTube and social media video trends, storytelling techniques, and audience engagement strategies . Experience with

motion graphics, meme-style edits, and text animations

is a plus. Ability to work independently in a

fast-paced, content-driven
