Key Responsibilities :

• Video Design : Conceptualize and design eye-catching and dynamic short-form videos tailored for various social media platforms, ensuring they align with our brand aesthetics and goals.
• Visual Storytelling : Translate marketing messages and concepts into compelling visual narratives that effectively engage and resonate with our social media audience.
• Motion Graphics : Integrate motion graphics, text overlays, animations, and visual effects to enhance the appeal and storytelling of videos.
• Platform Optimization : Adapt video content to fit the requirements and best practices of different social media platforms, considering aspect ratios, durations, and engagement tactics.
• Trend Awareness : Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, design techniques, and emerging platforms to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
• Collaborative Ideation : Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and generate creative ideas for video campaigns and initiatives.
• Asset Management : Organize and manage video files, graphics, and other media assets, maintaining a structured library for easy access and retrieval.
• Feedback Incorporation : Accept and implement feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and enhance video content.
• Deadline Adherence : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality video content that meets campaign schedules.
• Technical Proficiency : Utilize video editing and graphic design software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, to create professional-quality videos.

Education :

A bachelor's degree in graphic design, film production, digital media, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience and a robust portfolio will also be considered.
